Hey guys. I'm Ventus, call me Ven, and I figured I'd post a forum game to get this community started.
Fortunately, Unfortunately is all about adding to a story that's already going, alternating between bad and good effects. For example, maybe I'll start a story with "Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess."
The next poster will put, "Unfortunately, she was turned into a frog."
The one after that: "Fortunately, frogs were revered in her kingdom."
Then: "Unfortunately, this is because they were sacrificed to the god of frogs' legs."
And so on and so forth. If you want to include canons or OCs or whatnot then go right ahead.
So here's my start-off. c:
***
Once upon a time, a lonely carpenter carved himself a wife out of a tree.
